Terms of service

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT where it applies. Flash sale prices apply while the sale runs and stock lasts.

An order is confirmed after we call you. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if a product is out of stock, or if a price was clearly wrong.

For bKash and Nagad, we ship after we verify your payment. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.
